Dawn showed genuine care throughout the entire process. Since we were from out of state, she was always accommodating to our busy schedule. Took the time to put us in direct contact with local professionals and even set some of the appointments for us. Dawn went above and beyond, she walked us through every step from contract to closing. We highly recommend Dawn for all your home purchase needs especially if moving into the area.
