We had the best experience with Dawn, not only is she an amazing agent but it felt like we gained a lifelong friend in her. Her service is top notch, and she was readily available at a moment's notice. She knows her stuff and anything she doesn't she is right on it to find out. Even after our closing she was there for any questions. We were moving from 6 hours away and we just couldn't always be there for things BUT she was and we are so grateful to her for the amazing service and friendship!! TY Dawn. You can't go wrong using Dawn as your agent!!! Highly recommended!!

There are not enough wonderful things to say about Dawn Medeiros and our experience with her as our real estate agent. Dawn truly went above and beyond and walked us through everything beginning to end in this process. Dawn was readily available whenever we needed her, approachable, honest, friendly and definitely wants the best for her clients. Being out of state, Dawn coordinated with us when we were present in the area and did video tours when we were away, she made phone calls and checked on the small details of properties to help make the process easier for us in every way. Her attention to details and knowledge of properties as well as our personal wants and needs helped find us a property we love. Our experience with Dawn Medeiros was nothing short of perfection and would highly recommend.

Dawn is an amazing realtor! Hard charging and very knowledgeable, she kept us informed in every facet of our home buying experience. It seemed like she was a step ahead of the process, continually informing us of the requirements and steps that we had to take. She is also very friendly and always approachable, making it easy for us to reach out to her with any question or concern. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home.
